Auch Sn0wbreeze bekommt von iH8Sn0w ein Update spendiert und steht in Version Sn0wbreeze 2.8 b8 [GM] jetzt zum Download bereit. Die aktuelle Sn0wbreeze v2.8b8 kommt wieder mit Baseband Protection (für Unlocker) und hacktiviert auch das iPhone unter iOS 5 GM.
Neben dem Download von Sn0wbreeze v2.8 b8 solltet ihr ebenso den Download einer passenden iOS 5 GM IPSW bereits getätigt haben. Mittels Sn0wbreeze könnt ihr dann eine iOS 5 GM Custom Firmware erstellen (ohne Baseband Update) und auf iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 3G & 4G installieren.
Wie auch bei Redsn0w 0.9.9b3 ist unter Sn0wbreeze bislang nur ein tethered iOS 5 GM Jailbreak möglich! Soll heißen: jeder Neustart muss mit iBooty durchgeführt werden.
