iPhone 5 Kamera Problem: Apple erklärt lila Schlieren durch rosarote Brille! (Lensgate)

Mit dem iPhone 5 aufgenommene Fotos und Videos können einen violetten oder rosafarbenen Farbstich aufweisen, wenn sich eine helle Lichtquelle am Rand des Bildes befindet. Apple reagiert mit einem Support-Dokument auf diesen Linseneffekt, erklärt das Kamera Problem beim iPhone 5 und bringt auch gleich eine Lösung für das Lensgate! 

Genauso “normal” wie die iPhone 5 Kratzer im Aluminium sind auch die violetten Linsen-Effekte bei Fotos und Videos mit der iPhone 5 Kamera. Das sagt zumindest das Apple Support Dokument zu diesem Thema:

Most small cameras, including those in every generation of iPhone, may exhibit some form of flare at the edge of the frame when capturing an image with out-of-scene light sources. This can happen when a light source is positioned at an angle (usually just outside the field of view) so that it causes a reflection off the surfaces inside the camera module and onto the camera sensor. Moving the camera slightly to change the position at which the bright light is entering the lens, or shielding the lens with your hand, should minimize or eliminate the effect.

Die Lösung ist also ganz einfach: entweder mit einer Hand den Lichteinfall von der Seite mindern oder einfach das Foto oder Video in einem anderen Winkel aufnehmen. Eine rosarote Brille hilft übrigens bei der Lösung des Phänomens leider nicht!
