iOS 6 + Facebook: Hochzeit des Jahres?

Was wirklich in iOS fehlt, ist die (optionale) tiefe Integration von Facebook in das iPhone & iPad Betriebssystem. Mit iOS 6 könnte jedoch genau dies Wirklichkeit werden: Facebook meets iPhone bzw. iOS meets Facebook. Wird dies die Hochzeit des Jahres, die schon so lange im Raum stand? Viele unserer über 14000 apfeleimer Facebook Fans werden sich die Facebook Integration in iOS 6 wohl ebenso herbeisehnen – wird irgendwie auch Zeit…

Auf techcrunch wird gerade die Facebook Integration in iOS 6 als praktisch beschlossene und sichere Sache verkündet (Quelle) doch MG Siegler glaub eher an eine rudimentäre Integration von Facebook:

My guess is that Apple will keep things simple with at least the initial Facebook/iOS integration. Beyond authentication, there will probably be a Facebook button in the existing share screen which will allow you to share something to your Facebook Wall. I doubt there will be much done with Open Graph and auto-sharing, but I could be wrong.

Übrigens wird OS X Mountain Lion wohl noch keine tiefere Facebook Integration sehen – so soll hier vorerst nur Twitter in das Betriebssystem integriert werden. (Deshalb auch jetzt schonmal apfeleimer_de auf Twitter folgen!)
