Killer-Liste: Apple will Verkaufsverbot für Samsung Galaxy S3 & Galaxy Note!

Überspannt Apple den Bogen im Patentkrieg? Apple hat vor kurzem eine Verkaufsverbot Killer-Liste mit 8 Samsung Smartphones veröffentlicht – und jetzt will Apple hier noch einen drauflegen. Sowohl das Samsung Galaxy S3 als auch das Samsung Galaxy Note will Apple vom US Markt verbannen. Ob Apple mit dieser groß angelegten Razzia gegen Samsung durchkommt oder ob der Ruf des Unternehmens (also Apple) durch den Patentkrieg langsam schaden nimmt?

Falls Apple wirklich ein Verkaufsverbot gegen das Samsung Galaxy S3 und das Samsung Galaxy Note erwirkt dürfte dies erstmalig WIRKLICH schmerzhaft für die Koreaner werden. Zwei Flaggschiffe aus der aktuellen Smartphone Kollektion wären von diesem rechtlichen Schritt betroffen – beide mit einem relativ großen US Marktanteil.

Die Meinung von Apple ist eindeutig: Samsung habe fortlaufend Nachahmungen veröffentlicht, inklusive dem Flaggschiff Samsung Galaxy S3 und dem Galaxy Note, denn auch diese verletzen Apple Patente! Oder direkt aus der Klageschrift aka Killer-Liste:

These infringing Samsung products include the at least 21 new smartphones, media players, and tablets that Samsung has released beginning in August 2011 and continuing through August 2012. Specifically, Samsung has imported into, offered for sale, or sold in the United States at least the following products, each of which infringes Apple’s patent rights: the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III – Verizon, Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II – T-Mobile, Galaxy S II – AT&T, Galaxy Nexus, Illusion, Captivate Glide, Exhibit II 4G, Stratosphere, Transform Ultra, Admire, Conquer 4G, and Dart smartphones, the Galaxy Player 4.0 and Galaxy Player 5.0 media players, and the Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablets.
