Twitter und Facebook kommen auf die Google Glass Brille! Die beiden Netzwerke Facebook und Twitter haben beide eine Google Glass Unterstützung vorgestellt. Bei beiden Netzwerken können mit Google Glass aufgenommene Fotos direkt in den Twitter Stream oder in die Facebook Timeline gepostet und mit Freunden geteilt werden:

With Twitter for Google Glass, you can share photos to Twitter. The Tweet will automatically include the text, “Just shared a photo #throughglass” […] In addition to sharing photos, you can also keep up with the people you follow on Twitter through notifications — for mentions, DMs and Tweets from users for whom you’ve turned on notifications. Share photos directly from Google Glass to Facebook.
Nach der Aktivierung von Facebook für Google Glass funktioniert das Fotografieren und nachfolgendes Sharen von Fotos auf Facebook wie folgt:
- From the Glass Home screen, say „ok glass, take a picture.“ Alternately, press the camera button above your right eye.
- When you see a preview of your photo, tap the touchpad.
- Tap the touchpad again to select Share.
- Swipe to select Only Me, Friends or Public.
- When you see the audience you’d like to share with, tap the touchpad to share.
