100.000 EUR täglich soll Samsung an Apple abdrücken, wenn sie dem Samsung Galaxy Verkaufsverbot in den Niederlanden nicht nachkommen. Der Patentkrieg zwischen Apple und Samsung findet nicht nur auf amerikanischem Boden statt. Während in USA in Kürze auch das iPhone 5, iPad mini, iPad 4, iPod touch 5G vs. Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S3 mini, Galaxy Tab 8.9 & Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 in den Patentstreit mit aufgenommen werden sollen, macht ein niederländisches Gericht diese interessante Entscheidung.

If Samsung continues to infringe on the patent, it has to pay Apple a penalty of 100,000 euros (US$129,000) for every day it violates the ban, the court ruled.
Wenn Samsung weiterhin die Patente verletze, so muss Samsung an Apple jeden Tag 100000 EUR Strafzahlung leisten. Allerdings werden hier nicht namentlich die Samsung Produkte genannt, die dieses Patent aktuell weiterhin verletzen.
